Leading the firms live production operation for in-person, hybrid and virtual events for top tier external and internal executive events across the U.S. and Europe. This position serves as global production leader, partnering with external production teams, content providers and presenters, along with the internal IT, AV, BD, Marketing, and Event Commercialization Teams. Ensure in-person, hybrid and virtual events are executed within defined timelines and budgets while maintaining Firm production values.Utilize extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish live event targets. Direct and execute production project plans including timelines, budgets, vendor selection, contract and pricing negotiation. Manage the Firm’s webinar strategy, provide creative input to event content providers including Business Development, Marketing, along with firm partners and attorneys.Oversee virtual event vendor relationship including live streaming delivery, online content and integration for the Firm’s mobile apps. Direct presenter rehearsals and live production crew on show day, ability to quickly troubleshoot technical issues, propose solutions and maintain composure and flexibility in stressful, deadline-driven situations. Maintain up to date knowledge of digital event technologies, production industry trends, and competition.
