I’m Rikki Harry, founder of LEAP Nonprofit Consulting. For nearly two decades, I’ve worked in to nonprofit sector to bring big ideas to life through strategic, relationship-based fundraising.Before launching LEAP, I served as a professional fundraiser, board member, and volunteer in nonprofits of all shapes and sizes – from all-volunteer organizations to multi-billion-dollar institutions. I’ve built and led fundraising teams, coached boards through their first major gift asks, crafted development plans from scratch, and personally raised millions to support critical missions across sectors, including human services, healthcare, humanities, and higher education.Now, I help small to mid-size nonprofits grow their fundraising capacity with confidence. At LEAP, we focus on managing small capital campaigns, providing major gift coaching, and creating engaging workshops that provide practical advice to build fundraising skills.What sets my work apart?
