Engage and hire Research professionals within multi-specialty hospitals, ambulatory practices and facilities across New York. Hired 70 Research professionals within first 3 months in position. Build and maintain relationships as well as partner with senior leadership in the areas of talent management, employee relations, compliance and regulatory affairs. Coordinate and attend meetings with leadership to further engage in hiring/business strategies. Work closely with Compensation and Onboarding Teams to collaborate on hiring strategies and various tasks. Utilize multiple ATS systems, sourcing tools, and spreadsheets to engage, hire, and keep track of employees and compliance. Prepare and analyze multiple daily, weekly and monthly reports to stay on top of hiring initiatives for Research strategies. Play an integral role in evaluating compensation and performance and creating recommendations to drive higher productivity. Assist in multiple projects and events including Residents 2022 class onboarding and Bronx Zoo NYU Family Day. Represent NYU Langone Health’s Research Team at multiple job fairs per quarter.
