About Rikke Hovgaard
With a natural curiosity for new technology combined with a background in IT and communication, I’m able to talk the language of the customer and the technical developer. Therefore, I easily can discuss and convey the technical needs and solutions at hand. As a certified Salesforce (CRM) consultant I help businesses get the most out of the application whether it being Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Analytic Cloud or a combination of those. My aim is always to find the solution design that supports the individual business processes and automate as much as possible plus have a high user experience. With this approach business users have more time to do what they do best: focus on customers!When working with projects my first and foremost goal is to understand the overall purpose. This way I am able to provide a better solution as well as prioritize the specific business goals to maximize the output. I work systematically with projects though having a creative approach to reach solutions that both are innovative and usable. I strive in an open work environment where there’s room for speaking ones mind and professional feedback is part of the daily conversation. I believe this is the foundation in creating the best solutions.
