   Servicing, Testing, QC of Downhole tool GAMMA, BTR\\CDS, CDST, CMS TRIAX Connector.• Servicing of different size Mud Pulser. also servicing of control valve (CV) pulser.• QC of Lithium-Thionyl Batteries for MWD/LWD tools.• MLWD Kit Preparation & kit maintance for new job as per client SOW • MLWD Surface system (SYSTEL) Installation of Window 10 with latest version of spectrum (LD7 & LD8) other software • Repairing & testing surface equipment (Barrier box, SPM Sensor, Depth Encoder, UPS, RFD.)• Mak up- Breakup on Torq logger (Tool).• Uploading tool test data in online (myadvisor) also keeping in local server. hard copy in tool file.• Always maintaining of the tool (location, service records, and running status) updating in soft copy. this was help me us service the tool on time. And minimizing the tool failure, tools performance was giving maximum.• Doing analysis of tool or any Failure in workshop or rig. For that many times, visiting on rig to find out the real root cause of tool failure. Making report, doing discussion in Operation meeting about root cause of failure. giving sujestion bout that what we need do so, that we can minimized the failure and R&M cost.• Operate and maintain MWD/LWD surface systems and downhole tools at rig site. o Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor and operational manager within the physical constraints of the job.
