Expanding my knowledge base into merchandising, I moved on to work for RTC, a specialist in the design of displays and shelving for national retailers\' marketing and advertising needs. Acting as a liaison between cosmetic brands (L\'Oreal Paris, Maybelline New York, NYX, Markwins, etc.) and client (Walmart) Cosmetic Category Managers, Brand Account Teams, and Visual Merchandisers, I ensure the successful implementation of planograms on new cosmetic walls and seasonal resets for over 6,500 stores in the USA (including Puerto Rico) & Canada. My responsibilities include- Consult regularly with both the client and cosmetic brands on planogram development and improvement through product placement recommendations, space optimization, and fixture/graphic analysis - Develop custom-configured trays based on product mix and work with our Engineers to design and manufacture - Assist in execution of testing, launches, conversions, and remodels - Analyze planograms for profit pusher program used by major grocery chains like Kroger and Whole Foods
