Rik Miller is the past President of Dupont Crop Protection. He began his career at DuPont in 1984 and held numerous successive management and senior leadership positions in sales, marketing, portfolio management, account management, and business operations. He has extensive global experience, including roles as Global Business Director, Global Marketing Director, Regional Director - Europe, Middle East and Africa, and President, respectively, for DuPont Crop Protection. As the former President of DuPont Crop Protection, he was responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans, directing the global research and development investment and coordinating new launches of technologies and innovative products that helped farmers around the globe address some of their greatest Ag production challenges. During his tenure as President, the business experienced record growth and exceptional new technology development and market introductions. In addition to serving as President - DuPont Crop Protection, Rik also served in corporate executive positions as an Operating Team member and Corporate Officer of E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company.Rik has over 45 years of experience in production agriculture. Rik served on Crop Life International’s Strategy Council, the USDA’s Ag Policy Advisory Council (Sec Ag appointment), National Future Farmers of America (FFA) Sponsor Board, Montana FFA Foundation Board, Chair/Board Member of Cool Planet, and Board Member of Douglas Products.He currently serves as Senior Advisor for Altamont Capital Partners, and Senior Advisor for Zero Gravity Solutions, Inc.Rik graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Agronomy with majors in plant and soil science and plant biochemistry.
