Working in the manufacturing of single-layer and double-layer stainless steel bottles and flasks, adhering to BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) norms.Key Responsibilities:• Monitoring inner and outer layer processes (I1, I2 & O1, O2) and final assembly.• Conducting in-process quality checks (IPQC) for welding, copper plating, polishing & leak testing.• Performing visual & dimensional inspections using Vernier caliper, height gauge, pressure leak tester, etc.• Preparing and maintaining QA documents like check sheets, inspection reports, PFC, and rejection logs.• Investigating in-house and customer complaints through Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone) and executing CAPA.• Coordinating with production, customer quality, and supplier quality teams to ensure smooth process flow.• Participating in BIS audits and maintaining traceability records as per compliance.• Training operators on quality standards, defect identification, and correct usage of measuring instruments.• Practicing 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement techniques on the shop floor.
