Interview Slot Coordination: Collaborate with client SPOCs to secure interview time slots and direct recruiters to align sourcing efforts accordingly.• Candidate Sourcing Support: Guide recruiters in sourcing relevant IT profiles using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal talent pools based on client-specific tech requirements.• Interview Slot Fulfillment: Ensure daily fulfillment of all scheduled interview slots and proactively manage candidate attendance to reduce no-shows.• Candidate Readiness Communication: Share interview trackers with SPOCs to ensure candidates receive timely communication and are technically prepared (audio/video/connectivity) for virtual interviews.• Post-Interview Updates: Coordinate with SPOCs to collect feedback on shortlisted and rejected candidates, maintaining up-to-date records for reporting.• ATS Management (Job Diva): Update Job Diva regularly with interview statuses, documentation updates, and recruiter notes for data accuracy and tracking.• Client Coordination: Attend client calls to understand new or changing technical requirements and communicate them clearly to the recruiting team.• Daily Reporting: Compile and share end-of-day reports with management, highlighting key outcomes, interview status, and action points.• Feedback Loop Management: Coordinate with recruiters to ensure candidates are promptly updated with interview feedback and next steps.• BGV Documentation Process: Request and collect required documents (e.g, payslips, EPFO history, appointment letters) from selected candidates for background verification.• Data Organization & ATS Upload: Organize collected documents into zip folders, share them with client SPOCs, and update all data within the ATS for seamless workflow.
