Hello! I’m currently a Consulting Manager in the Transformation Management team at Cognizant.My path into consulting wasn’t traditional. I started my career at Amazon, where I spent nearly seven years leading teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. I moved from managing operations on the floor to managing managers — and later worked as a Process Engineer in the continuous improvement space, which gave me my first taste of internal consulting and change management.After that, I took a step back and went to business school. I recently earned my MBA from UT Dallas, where I focused on strategy and organizational change, learned from incredible peers, and rediscovered how much I enjoy being in learning environments.Now, I bring together my hands-on operations experience, my academic training, and a people-first mindset to help teams move through complexity with clarity.
