Worked on a multi-tenant Healthcare Ecosystem SaaS platform designed to help payors coordinate care across hospitals, retailers, telecoms, and device providers around patient cohorts. Built backend services using Java (Spring Boot) alongside Python-based services where needed, and leveraged EKS and Istio (mTLS, rate-limiting, retries) to deliver microservices for cohort evaluation, KPI tracking, explainable AI, and incentive systems. Integrated FHIR APIs for interoperable EMR/EHR data exchange and modelled data in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB. Designed analytics and ETL pipelines using Databricks + Delta Lake on S3 for cohort insights and ML feature engineering. Deployed XGBoost and LightGBM models with MLflow tracking and SHAP explainability, serving recommendations through secured API endpoints. Supported SaaS multi-tenancy using schema-per-tenant in PostgreSQL, partitioned DynamoDB, tenant-isolated KMS-encrypted S3 buckets, and namespaced EKS workloads. Developed blockchain-based components with Hyperledger Fabric (Go chaincode, CouchDB, Node.js) for secure contract verification and incentive settlement. In parallel, delivered Livestock Monitoring backend modules using Java Spring Boot microservices and relational data modelling for field workflows and operational tracking. Enabled secure, automated cloud deployments using AWS services (Cognito, Lambda, S3, Aurora, DynamoDB) with CloudFormation and Helm-based GitOps, and contributed to R&D initiatives including parts traceability, secure API contract management, and exploratory Unreal Engine simulations for demos and proposals.
