Chief of Staff to the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Growth, Tech Mahindra. • Program manage the Strategy and Growth Office with a P&L of over $3.5 billion. • Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer to identify gaps and develop and implement business strategies to drive growth. • Core Team Member - Tech Mahindra Global Chess League • Assist the Chief Strategy Officer with various internal initiatives, including preparing quarterly Board Decks and Investor Day Decks, conducting quarterly reviews and yearly planning for Business Units, and managing annual/half-yearly budget planning. • Serve as the primary point of contact between Tech Mahindra and industry bodies such as NASSCOM, CII, FICCI, etc. • Support the Chief Strategy Officer with industry body-related initiatives such as CII’s India @ 75 and FICCI’s Science, Technology & Innovation Council. • Facilitate the Chief Strategy Officer’s external public engagements, including panel discussions, interviews with leading dailies, and interactions with distinguished guests from India and abroad. Responsibilities included handling logistics, conducting research and providing input on messaging and communication strategy, and creating content and collaterals.
