Ltd, where I lead strategic leadership hiring and new initiative management—supporting schools and education organizations in identifying leaders who can drive sustainable growth and institutional transformation.My journey in education began at the grassroots level, leading an early childhood education space. This formative phase gave me a deep, first-hand understanding of how learning environments, institutional culture, and leadership decisions shape outcomes.
