Rihards is a masterplanning and regeneration specialist with over 13 years of experience gained on complex regeneration, placemaking, residential, and infrastructure projects across the UK.He has significant experience of working and leading multi-disciplinary teams on strategic spatial plans, large residential developments, town wide masterplans and other more detailed site strategies.Rihards is equally comfortable working with private clients and for multi-bodied public partnerships, having been involved in the delivery of significant new town centre and infrastructure projects.His dual qualification in planning and urban design gives him a broader understanding of underlying social and economic processes driving change and development.
