Working closely with the girls’ team, I focus on fostering a supportive environment that encourages skill development, teamwork, and personal growth.My role involves: • Designing and implementing practice sessions that build technical and tactical abilities. • Providing mentorship to players, helping them build confidence and resilience. • Collaborating with the head coach to develop game strategies and ensure team cohesion. • Encouraging a positive mindset and strong work ethic, both in competition and daily practice.Coaching is more than just about winning games—it’s about empowering athletes to reach their full potential and instilling values that will serve them throughout life. Seeing the growth of the team, both individually and collectively, is what drives my passion for coaching.
