Responsible for maintenance and repairs to the buildings and grounds while establishing a safe environment for the facility.• Troubleshoot, Repair and Maintain HVAC, CRAC Units, Cooling Tower, Chillers, Hot water Boilers, Boilers, Pumps, Electrical and Plumbing equipment in the most efficient manner.• Perform monthly Generator and ATS test• Test samples of water for chemicals such as chlorine, pH, hardness, alkalinity, phosphates and chlorides taken from boilers to ensure safety as well as longevity of machinery.• Monitor readings through BMS to ensure efficiency of all systems.• Monitor the performance of heating, cooling, and related systems through BMS.• Record all pertinent data in building logbooks, and make all appropriate daily entries.• Actively function as a team member
