Welcome to my LinkedIn page. I’m a creative thinker who loves solving problems with tech and design. I recently moved to Seattle to grow my career and learn even more in the tech world. My background is in Interaction Design, where I focused on making things easy and enjoyable for people to use. I always think about the user first whether I’m fixing a problem, leading a project, or making a process better. I’m also a proud graduate of Per Scholas’ IT Support program. There, I learned key skills like troubleshooting, working with systems, and helping customers. I also have experience in customer service, team management, project coordination, and quality checking. All of this helps me understand both people and tech, and how to bring them together in smart ways. At Amazon, I learned the importance of putting the customer first.
