Accountable for the engineering content of a portfolio over twenty (20) domestic and international projects from conceptual engineering up to detailed engineering. Accountable for the health of the process and mechanical engineering discipline across the company. Responsible for provide technical support during construction phase, commissioning and start up of Oil and Gas Facilities. Responsible to provide technical support during equipment procurement, and developing technical bid evaluation. Responsible for developing Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, Process Equipment sizing, Hydraulic Calculation using commercial software as Pipephase, Process Simulation using ProII, Hysys, etc. Main projects- Develop Feasibility, Conceptual and Feed Engineering for a Refrigerated Propane Storage Facility and Ship Terminal (140 MBPD). The scope includes define the process conditions, evaluate the propane dehydration system, process simulation, material balance, HAZOP study, cost estimate, and provide technical support for procure long lead items, equipment sizing, equipment data sheet, process flow diagram (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P & Ds)- Provide process assistance for quality assurance of equipment sizing, equipment data sheet, PFDs and P & Ds for San Ardo Facility (SAFIRE-AERA)- Developed Feed Study for Montebello Facility for Free Port McMoRan (Old PXP). Facility included Oil Dehydration Facility, Tank Vapor Recovery Design, Water Treatment and Injection Plant, Desand System, and Waste Water Disposal System- Performed conceptual, basic and detail engineering for a Oil Separation, Desalting and dehydration system for Early Production Facility (EPF-120 MOBOD) at North of Kuwait. Project was a Build-Own-Operate for 5 years and was completed successfully- Performed proposal to International Project to Kuwait (EPF-160 MBOPD - KOC, and Minaglish Gas Compression Facility), Oman (Oxy - PDO), Irak, Kurdistan.
