About Rigii Njoroge

I\'ve spent 30 years at the intersection of enterprise technology and business leadership — building and transforming infrastructure that keeps complex, multi-site organizations running at scale. As Director of Enterprise Network Services, I lead network, telephony, and communications strategy across locations in the US, Canada, and Mexico, managing all associated budgets and a team of engineers, architects, and managers I\'m proud to have developed. My career began with deep hands-on technical work — earning my CCIE R&S Written, designing global network infrastructure across six countries, and managing M&A integrations across 136 locations worldwide. That technical foundation informs every strategic decision I make today. The most effective IT leaders are translators — converting complex infrastructure decisions into business outcomes that resonate in the boardroom, and turning organizational priorities into technology roadmaps that get executed. That balance of technical depth and executive communication is what I bring to every role. I recently completed Northwestern University\'s AI Strategies for Business Transformation program and am currently advancing that foundation through MSOE\'s AI Applications for IT Operations certificate program, completing in May 2026. I believe AI represents a fundamental shift in how organizations operate — and that realizing its value requires sound architecture, disciplined governance, and leadership willing to make principled decisions about where and how to invest. Beyond my professional work, I serve on the WNS Hockey Board of Directors and have a long history of nonprofit board service, including four years as Board President of WalnutWay Conservation Corporation. I welcome connections with technology leaders, executives, and professionals navigating the evolving intersection of infrastructure, security, and digital transformation.
