   Leads a diverse group of Procurement professionals and directs all Procurement activities and personnel decisions within the US regional team. Promoted to Director in 2012.• Directs the regional management of sourcing strategies with clear objectives to drive down costs, identify and mitigate risks and to execute contracts to ensure the uninterrupted supply of materials and services across all Spend Categories including Raw Materials, Packaging and Services.• Directs the execution of purchase order management in the Procure-to-Pay process (SAP), ensuring efficiency improvements and effectiveness of operational processes, and ensuring compliance following developed policies and SOP\'s.• Proactive engagement and collaboration with key internal customers to understand and agree upon expectations and to optimize results for the organization.Key Achievements: Successfully restructured the US Procurement organization and integrated all major plant site procurement departments into the Pittsburgh central office resulting in a cohesive, highly efficient, and streamlined organization.
