ABOUT ANDREW RIGBY
I am an Associate Director within the Grant Thornton Belfast Deal Advisory team, with my experience including: • Transaction advisory services / Mergers and acquisitions (M&A); • Financial due diligence; • Fundraising and grant support; • Financial modelling; and • Valuations.I initially joined the Forensics & Investigation Services team in Grant Thornton in 2016, gaining experience across a range of forensic investigations, data analytics and expert witness assignments before transferring to the Corporate Finance department in 2019.During my time at Grant Thornton, I have also completed a number of secondments to: • a UK Retail Bank to act in a project management capacity supporting the delivery of a non-performing loan sale; and • an Irish logistics group to provide accounting support to the finance function.
