   As the Senior Architecture Expert, I lead the architecture team overseeing the design management, coordination, and approval processes for the Kanpur-Agra Metro Project, a large-scale and complex transportation infrastructure development. This project spans two cities, Kanpur and Agra, with more than 50 metro stations—both underground and elevated—and two depots.In this capacity, I am responsible for managing the architectural aspects of design development and ensuring seamless integration with engineering disciplines. My role includes reviewing and approving architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with project standards, local regulations, and quality requirements. I work closely with a diverse team of architects, engineers, and consultants to align project objectives, optimize design solutions, and achieve key project milestones.Key responsibilities include:Leading and managing a multidisciplinary architecture team.Coordinating design efforts between various stakeholders and ensuring alignment with overall project goals.Reviewing and approving architectural designs and drawings for both underground and elevated stations.Overseeing design quality assurance and ensuring adherence to safety and sustainability standards.Acting as the main point of contact for architectural approvals and addressing design-related queries from stakeholders and contractors.Supporting project delivery, ensuring timely completion and compliance with contractual requirements.Through collaboration and a results-driven approach, I contribute to delivering an efficient, functional, and aesthetically appealing metro system for Kanpur and Agra, enhancing the cities’ urban mobility.
