ABOUT RIFAT S.
I am ACCA qualified with years of experience as a Tax and Financial accountant, preparing management and financial accounts for a variety of clients along with vat returns, payroll and other work. Over these years as I became more seasoned, I began specialising in Corporate Tax – some of my experiences include corporate tax compliance/reporting, advisory work, VAT, PSA, R&D work, CT61s/withholding tax, treasury and transfer pricing. At Alexander Sloan I was responsible for creating a system which could record and apply tax compliance and reporting efficiently and was able to bring the firm out of it’s backlog of tax return work and ensure a more smoother running of the department. I am always keen to broaden my horizon by taking on new tasks, challenges and experiences. Currently I work as an in-house international tax and transfer pricing accountant in an industry based business.
