Hello! My name is Ridita Saha, and I’m majoring in Professional Communication at Toronto Metropolitan University, with a minor in Human Resources Management and Public Relations. I am passionate about combining creativity, leadership, and technology to enhance communication practices in professional environments. With over four years of leadership experience as an Assistant Manager at McDonald\'s Canada, I have developed strong interpersonal, strategic, and organizational skills. I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings where effective communication and adaptable thinking are essential. My background has equipped me to manage teams, efficiently resolve challenges, and build positive internal and external relationships.
