End-to-End SDLC Project Management: Lead and manage the full SDLC of the banking subledger project, ensuring smooth transitions through each phase—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Monitor project performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to address any deviations from the plan- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing project outcomes and lessons learned. Implement feedback loops and encourage innovation to enhance future PMO practices.
