After recent 2 redundancy waves in the past 3 months, now I become the last one remaining Data Analyst in the whole company with 2 HQs (Cookpad Japan in Yokohama, Japan & Cookpad Global in Bristol, UK),10 regional offices across the world, and multiple business units. With the now-streamlined organization, I am tasked to establish a common understanding in OKRs, it\'s measurements, and it\'s reporting, integrated in one place so that everyone is aligned on the strategy and work more collaboratively; from previously each of the business units and HQs worked independently.
