I am interested in Early Childhood Education. My focus lies in working with teachers, guiding them through professional development that encourages reflection on their beliefs. I believe that these beliefs shape not only classroom practices but also influence the development of young minds.My curiosity extends to the moral dilemmas educators encounter in their day-to-day work. I find joy in navigating the complexities of school environments and unraveling the ethical aspects of education.I am also interested in creating inclusive spaces within schools. It\'s about fostering a sense of community among educators and crafting environments that embrace diversity, making schools not just places of learning but spaces where everyone can feel comfortable. Also I am interested to understand how adult social emotional learning impacts the children learning. How as a facilitator needs to reflect through the lens of equity by keeping into consideration our own personal biases and assumptions because it impacts how we perceive the kids.
