Independently verified the carry provision computed by the management of a Private Equity Fund based in Mauritius, with Investments of $ 100 million. Led cross border communication between Pw India and Pw Mauritius and formulated smooth timelines which ensured a seamless conclusion to the referred audit work engagement. Co- ordinated with numerous stakeholders such as the management’s Fund Accountant, Pw Accounting Advisory and Pw Tax team to ensure compliance with numerous IFRS and, Tax regulations as per the latest Budget. Streamlined unstructured processes of operating expenses of a leading NBFC, and presented an interactive dashboard to the senior management to gain enhanced visibility, and undertake well informed decisions. The same led to cost savings of ~1cr.5. Reviewed actuary report for computation of account balances for provision of gratuity, leave encashment and other incentives, which involved verifying the underlying data such as G sec rate, Expected Returns, G sec Yield curve, mortality rate, and salary components of eligible employees, for a leading Insurance company with a net premium of Rs 2900 crores. Independently reviewed the ULIP disclosures made by the company from the holding report shared by the management.
