About Ridge Kelso Flick
Lt Col Ridge \"KELSO\" Flick is a US Air Force pilot and Weapons Officer with over 2500 cumulative flight hours in the T-6, T-38, and A-10C. He is currently the commander of the 66th Weapons Squadron, responsible for the training of A-10C, JTAC, CCT, and CRO Weapons Officers. Previously, he served as Air Combat Command\'s (ACC) Chief of Senior Leader Management, responsible for ensuring that the command\'s 530 Colonels, 635 Chiefs, and 30 general officers receive world-class customer service with regard to their career development, pathways, training and requirements. KELSO also served as the A-10C Program Element Monitor (PEM) at ACC. As the PEM, then-Maj Flick leveraged his detailed knowledge of the A-10C by monitoring all modernization and sustainment programs. Through his vision and work with the A-10 squadrons, the System Program Office, the A-10 test team, Headquarters Air Force and other Major Command staffs, he ensured the A-10 remained the greatest Close Air Support aircraft in the world by fielding two new weapons and acquiring funding for the installation of replacement wings on ~50 aircraft. He received a Bachelors of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and was the Runner-Up for the Lowe\'s Senior CLASS Award in Division 1 Men\'s Lacrosse.
