   Tenstreet is a growing, fast-paced, Software as a Service (SaaS) business providing solutions for the transportation industry. Together we’re disrupting the ways in which companies market to, recruit, onboard, manage and retain drivers. I lead the People Operations team, who champion Tenstreet\'s vibrant culture. The People Ops team\'s aim is to approach individuals at Tenstreet holistically rather than a cog or resource in a machine. They’re enthralled with understanding the gifts, passions, abilities, potential and experiences of each individual on the team and connecting them to work that is both meaningful to them and creates value for others. We\'re always looking for remarkable people. To give some scope for growth: In 2014 Tenstreet had under 20 full time employees. Today there are over 200 of us and we\'re continuing to rapidly grow our team with amazing individuals. We’re a team of overachievers who excel in execution, collaboration and problem solving.
