Architected and led development of an automated bot-banning system for Amazon Games \"Lost Ark\" and \"Throne and Liberty\" titles using distributed pipelines and machine learning. Banned over 6.8 million bots with a false positive rate of just Spearheaded development of fraud detection and recovery systems to claw back $4.4M+ of fraudulent transactions. Converted 51% of offending users into paying customers through in-game incentives and telemetry-informed targeting.• Redesigned penalty enforcement pipeline, migrating the infrastructure from ECS Fargate to AWS Batch. Improved throughput 20x from to over bans per hour.• Led the design and implementation of a hardware-based anti-cheat system. Processed terabytes of hardware telemetry to fingerprint machines and enforce permanent bans.• Mentored junior engineers through design, code reviews, and launches. Ensured new anti-cheat features were accessible to key business stakeholders and integrated cleanly with upstream services.
