Over a century ago, Caroline Kline Galland set out to change the world of senior care. Today, Kline Galland is recognized as the community’s comprehensive, evolving Single-Source Senior Care Resource. Kline Galland provides home health, long-term care, transitional (post-acute) care, home care, senior living with independent, assisted, and memory care options as well as hospice services. The Kline Galland Home (its 205-bed skilled nursing facility located in Seward Park) is a state-of-the-art facility providing TCU for rehab, LTC units, and a new hospice-focused care unit. Mary Schwartz Summit is located on First Hill and provides independent and assisted living (including a memory care unit).I provide direct patient care at the Kline Galland Home and at the Mary Schwartz Summit. I serve as medical director at both facilities. I also work closely with Kline Galland\'s hospice, home health, and home care agencies.
