I am a team lead and systems administrator with a passion for leadership, continuing education, emerging technologies, software, and mobile development. I excel at integrating solutions that automate and streamline business needs. I enjoy doing the work I do and continually challenge myself to learn and grow daily. One of my greatest career enjoyments is building up teams with the skill sets they need to delivery amazing outcomes. As a Lead, I work with an outstanding team of professionals and experts that drive innovation and deliver high quality service. My goal and belief is to enable each of them to do amazing things by providing the right resources, education, and leadership required to allow each individual to maximize their strengths. As a Technical Systems Administrator for Sharp Healthcare, I manage and maintain over 20 thousand desktop computer systems. I have experience with both physical and virtual desktop (VDI) environments. I have a broad background of desktops, servers, networking, and system security. I enjoy working in highly productive environments that are focused on providing the highest levels of expertise to those they serve. I am continually challenging myself to learn and grow. Outside of my normal work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids. We love being outdoors. We have a healthy flock of chickens and turkeys. We love to garden and cook with freshly harvested goods. I also enjoy developing education based games on the Xbox, Windows and Windows Mobile device. I have several applications that have been published to the Windows Application Store over the past few years.
