I work with leading enterprise organisations on concept, design and implementation of cloud and mixed reality based solutions that can change the way that individuals and teams work together. My drive is to challenge existing device, security, mobility, collaboration and productivity business models through a design led approach and to help organisations to improve their productivity and innovation agility.I am currently responsible for driving business strategy for Microsoft Services and developing packaged offerings that are delivered as professional services engagements globally. My current focus is on Microsoft\'s Mixed Reality business including HoloLens 2, Azure Kinect DK, Dynamics 365 Mixed Reality Apps and Azure Mixed Reality Services. I have previously develop solutions in other technology areas that include the productivity cloud (Microsoft and Office 365), intelligent cloud (Microsoft Azure), and business cloud (Microsoft Dynamics 365) universal communications (Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams) Modern IT (Windows 10 deployment, Enterprise Mobility + Security) as well as hybrid cloud implementations and Microsoft virtualisation technologies. I regularly speak at Microsoft events worldwide including Microsoft Ignite, Microsoft Inspire, Microsoft Ready (internal), products webcasts, Executive Briefings, launch events and Tech Days.Specialties: Innovation and Design Led Thinking, Mixed Reality, Microsoft 365, Enterprise Social and Enterprise Communications, Devices, Enterprise Mobility, Windows client and server deployment, Office deployment, virtual desktop solutions (session, pooled, private), developing packaged offerings, repeatable solutions, service and solution design and field readiness development.
