   As the Admissions Director for seven Paul Mitchell North Star schools, including Boise, Coeur d\'Alene, Nampa, Provo, Richland, Spokane, and Twin Falls, I lead and direct the admissions team. My primary responsibility is to ensure that our admissions team guides prospective Future Professionals through the entire recruitment and enrollment process in a genuine and ethical manner. To support sales and enrollment at Paul Mitchell Schools, I mastered and implemented the skills and systems that comprise the Admissions Advisor role. I have developed a tour script and continually refined the interview and tour experience to ensure that prospective students received an exceptional experience. I also maintain and manage The Strategy, our lead follow-up system, which included the school\'s CRM Non-negotiable List, to ensure that all leads were followed up with according to established processes. I implement and inspect enrollment systems while maintaining monitored follow-up with all leads according to established processes. I consistently meet or exceed established individual and team production goals, modeling the sales process and coaching and training team members in using the elevator connection on a quarterly basis. My leadership and expertise in admissions helped contribute to the success of the Paul Mitchell North Star schools.
