I am a highly motivated Chartered professional (MCIOB) with a strong passion for efficient management of the programme and it becoming a key management tool. I have acquired experience in developing projects from conception to finish through my involvement in a number of complex, challenging and large-scale projects from Aviation, Defence and Residential building projects. My dynamic role involves: • Operating and working under the NEC3 / NEC4 collaborative contract, raising early warnings, assessing compensation events and providing acceleration measures. • Planning, scheduling, delay analysis, extension of time claims and risk management processes. • Creating a reliable construction programme and administering the programme processes described in the contract. • Liaising with Clients, Project Directors, Design & Commercial teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. • Managing & coordinating activities in relation to procurement, design & construction. • Regularly updating the programme with compensation events, assessing the time they occur and their true effect. • Managing stakeholder relationships and develop working relationships.
