Before joining the filgotinib team, I worked as a medical scientist in the cardiopulmonary divisions at Gilead and Novartis, during which I supported Phase studies, launched several new drugs, and initiated numerous Phase IV studies with key institutions across the Southwest. While at Amylin Pharmaceuticals, I served as the lead clinical scientist for diabetes and heart failure studies. My on the job experience has finely honed my strengths in leadership, management, quality assurance, key opinion leader development, and I am devoted to continually aiming towards further professional growth.
