I co-founded Kinetech in 2014 after years at Deloitte and Protiviti watching the same things happen over and over: companies spending millions, sometimes tens of millions, on software that underdelivered, blew past budget, and missed every deadline. Other times they\'d walk away with nothing but a PowerPoint deck. The recommendations were good, but the firms and their clients lacked the capabilities to deliver the software needed to actually execute. And when it came time to implement? The only option was to buy something off the shelf that didn\'t fit. So they bought it anyway. Then it failed.I left consulting to build the viable alternative.In 10 years we\'ve delivered hundreds of custom applications for hundreds of organizations with a 100% success rate. Not because the work is easy. Because we build alongside our clients instead of forcing them into someone else\'s model.We build custom software for manufacturers, construction companies, financial services firms, healthcare organizations, and government agencies. But manufacturing is where my heart is. I want to work with organizations that build real things.Every organization has processes that make them special.
