About Richard Stearns
Before all else - I’m a father to 2 beautiful children. My family is the driving force to everything I do in life, and all my accomplishments would be meaningless without them! 15 years of collective sales experience & knowledge across SaaS, Retail, and Commercial & Residential Real Estate. I’ve also successfully built and scaled my own small business in the service industry. I have a deep understanding of lead generation & outbound sales models as well as a proven track record in scaling & managing SDR teams at the enterprise level. One of my most memorable experiences was how I got my start as a Sales Professional — I was one of the first interns to successfully prove the BDR pilot program at UMass Boston’s Venture Development Center called LaunchSource. As a top performer at LaunchSource I was hand-selected by OpenView(one of Boston’s top VC firms) to work as a BDR for one of their portfolio companies, and my sales career blossomed from there. Since then, I’ve proven the ability to perform and continuously exceed my own individual sales quota while also recruiting, training, and managing a team simultaneously. I have extensive experience as a Salesforce admin, and quite frankly I’m an outright nerd when it comes to enterprise sales tech including Outreach, Salesloft, and many more sales enablement tools.
