Responsible for leading, executing strategies to influence operational excellence in Sourcing and Procurement across our Globally through:Transforming Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) platforms into a broad program that is consistent across regions (e.g. in areas of measurement, monitoring, targets, training, supplier engagement, case studies, ‘response material’ for bids etc.)Embed key metrics to measure compliance and growth in areas of Environment and Governance; establish baseline. Ensure this data impacts supplier selection and ESG performance. Developing and Maintaining Supplier Diversity platforms as an industry leading program. Advise on continued data collection and verification processes for supplier diversity data and maintain key relationships with recognised Global Supplier Diversity CouncilsMaintain SharePoint and intranet site current with updated metrics, reports, case studies and tools to ensure client facing colleagues have access to key information. Upskilling Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) colleagues and suppliers in support of the Responsible and Sustainable Procurement objectives globally. Develop and execute training plan with measurable targets to build internal awareness and skills in the S&P organization and with suppliers Influence stakeholders and business line specific sustainability programmes,Align with Category Management team on goals and performance.Lead development of internal Supplier Diversity target globally; garner support from lines of business and drive adoption. Develop ESG programs and strategies to drive improved supplier performance and gain key supplier benchmarking insightsDevelop and deliver S&P requirements for WTWs Global Net Zero by 2050 goal and related improvements in supplier emissions Build relationships as a trusted advisor to business line leaders across WTW, Providing specific technical knowledge and guidance.
