Oversees a team of 55+ direct/indirect resources and works closely with field implementation partners, including UNICEF, USAID, and CRS to build and deliver high-quality WASH programs and services, contributing to the organization’s mission, vision, and Board priorities.Select Highlights- Fosters strategic partnerships and global alliances with Earthx, Global Sea Alliance, and Healing Hands International, connecting clean water with community livelihood improvements in Northern Ghana- Serves as the primary spokesperson, representing the organization to stakeholders, including donors, community partners, government agencies, and the media- Supports the selection and evaluation of board members, operations and administration of the Board of Trustees, and provides advice and recommendations to influence the strategic direction and programs.
