Major aspects of my real estate career have been that of client representation and brokerage operations. As a former managing broker and brokerage co-owner I worked more in the back end of the business with brokerage accounting/payroll, agent and employee training and oversight, contract review, and analyzing brokerage goals and KPI\'s (performance management). Client representation has included marketing from business to consumer, contract writing and logistics, negotiations between third parties, and general care for the best interests and well being of the client. I am a 5th generation Northern Nevadan and graduate from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2005. In August 2008 I married my beautiful wife, Carly. We have three children; one son and two daughters.
