In my current role with this amazing organization, I am dedicated to serving our members and enabling associate engagement through various tasks and responsibilities. This includes communicating goals, results, and feedback; ensuring updated signage; maintaining marketing collateral and signage related to membership programs; and completing and maintaining required documentation and forms. I also work cross-functionally with members, managers, and associates to identify training gaps and needs, and I provide information on membership benefits, promote the value of company products and services, and teach associates how to process and sell memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. Additionally, I communicate relevant information on membership events inside and outside of the club, and I assist associates in the proper execution of membership plans to support achieving membership sales. My role also involves selling memberships in the field and in the club, communicating with current and prospective members, identifying member or prospective member needs with appropriate membership benefits, services, or product solutions, responding to membership questions and concerns, encouraging renewals, and building membership levels. I am committed to promoting the value of Sam\'s Club products and services and to serving our members with excellence.\"
