As a Safety, Security & Risk Leader, I help organizations by- Integrating Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with Enterprise Risk Management to create a unified framework that aligns high-level strategy with day-to-day technology/cybersecurity operations and regulatory requirements- Leveraging Enterprise Risk Management to identify and manage AI-specific risks and establish practices to optimize outcomes while mitigating exposure to risks such as unintended bias and lack of transparency- Aligning Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) with Enterprise Risk Management to allow executive leaders to see safety issues not just as regulatory hurdles, but as business continuity and operational risks- Integrating Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) with Enterprise Risk Management to create a proactive, holistic framework that treats supply chain disruptions as strategic, enterprise-level threats rather than isolated procurement issues.
