In any business environment, regulations are a fact of life. Companies who can integrate regulatory requirements into their business processes can achieve both an efficiency with regards to regulatory compliance but also a competitive advantage compared to other companies who treat their regulatory obligations as external events. Integrating safety compliance into a company’s corporate culture offers significant benefits in terms of injury reduction, management effectiveness and lower workers comp costs. My career has been focused on helping companies integrate regulatory obligations into their business processes so they can capitalize on the benefits of efficiency and effectiveness. The specific regulatory programs that I have experience with are too many to list. Generally, they cover the Clean Air Act and Amendments, Clean Water Act, RCRA, FIFRA, FSMA, OSHA, Homeland Security, EPCRA, Transportation, Tax and Trade Bureau, EU Sustainability RED, USDA, CARB, and more. I can translate policies and regulations to executives where it can be reflected in strategic planning and financial reporting and then communicate the policies and regulations to line employees along with descriptions of specific actions for implementation. I am an experienced public speaker, excellent writer, good communicator, and generally friendly and down to earth person. My credentials include Profession Engineer, Certified Safety Professional, and ISO 14001 Provisional Auditor.    Division EHS Lead for several entities of Land O\'Lakes including: Omnium ( 3 large pesticide formulation plants and 4 small adjuvant and micro nutrient plants), Nutra Blend (3 large feed pre-mix plants), and the WinField United CN group (5 large fertilizer terminals). I also manage all of the environmental remediation projects for Land O\'Lakes.
