UEFA Pro Licence HolderExperience at Rangers, Hearts, St Mirren, Motherwell and Queens park academies. As Head Coach of Caledonian Braves FC I have lead the team to sustained progress over the last 4 years. Gaining Promotion to Scottish footballs 5th Tier the Scottish Lowland Football League. As youth Coach at Rangers, Hearts, Motherwell and Queens Park I was fortunate to work with and help some fantastic talent which are now playing at the top level of European and domestic professional football. I came out of working in Academy football after getting some excellent full time opportunities to try and help build Caledonian Braves FC as a semi professional team. I wanted to have the platform to put my own idea\'s into place and challenge myself daily as a coach and manager. This has certainly been the case and the learning curve I have been on has been one of the best decisions I have made personally and professionally.
