For over a decade, I have been on the front lines of large-scale technology transformation in the public sector. I began my career in the trenches of complex system implementations including leading data migrations, integrations, and process redesigns for major institutions.Today, I leverage that deep delivery expertise to partner with State, Local, and Education (SLED) leaders as they modernize their operations.As a Services Executive at Workday, I don’t just discuss software. I help institutions architect their path to a new era of productivity. We are currently living through a shift as profound as the Industrial Revolution, but instead of steam and steel, the new engine is Artificial Intelligence. However, for many SLED organizations, the hurdle isn\'t a lack of technology.it’s the weight of \"Digital Debt\" from decades-old legacy systems.
