You can be rest assured your Nelson Home will be built from the ground up with our supervision over seeing and advising the construction from start to finish. Quality is number one in our book. We focus on three factors. Quality, details, and styling. When we build a home we make sure that our homes are built to the updated residential construction codes and requirements so it is built right. Us going through the details is the thinking of the placement of cabinets, storage, utilities, and layouts of the house so it will be user friendly and at ease of access for the new owner. Styling is a noticeable factor when you walk into a Nelson Home. Whether it’s a 1,500 sq ft house or a sq ft house the styling is superb. With the unique features of Nelson Homes ceilings, columns, arches, stone, and colors on the inside and outside of the houses. You will know you have a “Quality Dream Home”. and along with the surrounding cities. Ooltewah, Cleveland, Hixon, is a beautiful area to invest in with great schools, views, and affordability with a high standard of living.
