ABOUT RICKY MCNEICE

Commercial Manager for a plumbing new build contractor. My job roles vary from initial tender requests all the way through to site completions, including procurement through numerous national and independent local business, and all aspects of cost management. During my time with County so far I have introduced a number of cost control measurements, improved on our product discounts, introduced a number of new clients, helped manage the growing County Plumbing team both in the office and out in the field, as well as developed our new supply chain.Previously worked for Graham Plumbers Merchant as a Branch Manager for 8 years. In the last 5 years with Graham Plumbers Merchant, based in Maidstone, I successfully turned a small branch into a Contract branch supporting other branches within the Kent area By networking with key members of the sales team, as well as refocusing my product mix, I was able to quadruple my turnover and profit over the 5 years, as well as increasing my full time employment count. In my last year with Graham we even relocated the Branch to a new, bigger unit.Studied to become an Accountant, however, after having worked within this industry for a year I decided to change my career path.
