Facilitate coordination of cross-functional team consisting of engineering, operations, warehouse, project, and construction personnel to complete pipeline/facility improvement and capital projects.• Report status of materials, construction, and financial aspects of project to stakeholders via utilization of SAP PS, PM, MM, and APO.• Develop and audit BOMs against engineering standards, owner specifications, and industry code. Provide feedback to Master Data team for creation, enrichment, and extension of material identifications.• Develop, updated, and provide excel and BI reporting according to various management preferences.• Troubleshoot and analyze data discrepancies, supply chain issues, and other process related challenges.• Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets, schedules, inventory, and resources.• Provide documentation and guidance to accounting for journal entries and funding transfers.• Ensure proper goods and service receipt entry.
